Aqua Pools does not provide weekly pool cleaning, chemical service, routine maintenance, or ongoing pool service unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.

Site conditions and access

Soil, grading, drainage, or utility considerations

Design selections and materials

Pool features, spas, lighting, decking, landscaping, and outdoor living elements

Permits, inspections, engineering, and code requirements

Labor, material, and supplier availability

Changes requested by the customer

A project is not approved or scheduled until all required written agreements, deposits, approvals, and applicable documents are completed.

5. Contractor Licensing and Scope of Work

Aqua Pools intends to perform services within the scope of its applicable licenses, qualifications, agreements, and legal requirements. Any work described on this website is subject to licensing, permitting, code, inspection, and project-specific requirements.
